At Your Consultation

You will meet with me for a one-to-one 60 minute consultation. I will use the questionnaire as bases for further investigation of your health history, medications, current diet, and lifestyle. Together, we will agree on your health goals for the consultation, using this, I will work with you to create a realistic program for you to follow.

You Can Expect

A detailed explanation of my understanding of your health concerns. A discussion of foods that may be contributing to your ailments. Suggestions of foods that may be healthier choices for you. A detailed nutritional program including diet, lifestyle and/ or supplements tailored to suit you. A discussion of your program timeline, which will be included in your program.

After the Consultation

You will receive a 4-week program to follow before your recommended follow-up consultation. If you should have any questions or feedback during this time I am available via email with a detailed and timely response.

Follow up consultations work on the same principle as the initial but will last 30 to 45 minutes. This is recommended to review your program, see which of the recommendations have worked well for you, and which changes need to be made as you continue to make progress.

Adaptation of the program in light of any difficulties experienced in following it.
Addressing of any new symptoms or change in circumstances since the last consultation.
