Dave W.

When he’s not helping to save lives in the medical field, you can find Dave working on his own wellness.

You’re most likely to find him on his bike. For a decade Dave had a bucket list item he thought was too big and, frankly, too crazy to do.

It’s called the Tour Divide, and it’s a 2,745 mile ultra endurance offroad solo bikepacking race from Banff, Alberta, Canada, to the US/Mexico border in Antelope Wells, New Mexico.

In the summer of 2024, Dave completed his first ever Tour Divide Race in just 29 days!

Liz I.

Liz is an amazing combination of laser-focused determination and genuinely caring about everyone around her, all wrapped up in this brilliantly inquisitive mind.

A lover of nature, you can find Liz sailing along the rocky coast of Maine, kayaking, gardening, and if you’re up early enough, taking some beautiful photos of the sunrise.

Between a combination of nutrition coaching and personal training, Liz went from a size 14 to a size 4, lost 28 pounds, and a shocking 40 inches.

Tom worked with us for 12 weeks and was able to accomplish a lot in a short span of time.

Karen is one of those happy retirees who is busier now than when they were working full time. She’s an avid traveler and lifelong learner, you can find her in a foreign country at least once a year to learn more about their culture and history.

We play The Rolling Stones during every workout because she is Mick Jagger’s number one fan.

Karen is one of the kindest, most thoughtful people you’ll ever meet… And she’s a total badass. She set the unofficial state record for deadlift and squat for her age group. She loves to bench press, slam medicine balls, and push herself to her limits.

She’s the first person you call when something goes wrong. She’s the hardest worker in the room. She’s the best.

It’s my life mission to help as many people as possible the best way I know how — which happens to be with fitness and nutrition. I’ve been coaching for over 20 years and the past six have been mostly as an online coach.

I love to read, deadlift, play golf, and write. My son thinks I’m the funniest and strongest person on the planet. He is wrong a lot. Two truths and a lie about me: I’m a published author, I got engaged and became a father on Christmas Day (4 years apart), and I am a terrible cook.

My focus on nutrition professionally began when I realized expanding my range of skills would open up new areas to teach people skills and build healthy relationships with food that last a lifetime.
