Hi, I’m Jameson, a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and weight loss expert with over 15 years of experience.

I help everyday people lose weight and gain confidence so that they can live their life to the fullest.

When you work with me you will learn healthy eating habits and train intelligently by my personal design while getting support and accountability along the way.

We work together to create an easy to follow training and nutrition program designed for life-changing results.

My coaching will build you up — not break you down.

I coach mostly online, but I also own and operate Skillings Fitness & Nutrition, a private studio gym located within Dynamic Physical Therapy & Sports Conditioning at 20 Atwood Road Topsham, ME 04086.
